My Approach
My positive personality brings passion, optimism, and an empathetic nature to my psychotherapy practice and therapeutic work. I have a direct yet nonjudgmental and caring style that helps clients feel at ease and understood. I hold a strong personal belief in the ability of individual and couple psychotherapy to help lay the foundation for successfully navigating life challenges, nurturing loving and healthy relationships, as well as creating “a life worth living.” My therapeutic approach incorporates my own life lessons, education, and clinical experience.

My Education
I received my undergraduate BA degree with honors at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and was a Dean’s Scholar. I was among the top of my class at the University of Southern California School of Social Work where I received my Master’s in Social Work Degree (MSW).

- I provide services in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Continuing Education
As a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), I continuously enhance my training and knowledge about the latest clinical research and effective techniques by regularly attending conferences and training, as well as participating in networking events with colleagues.
Clinical Perspective and Experience
I’ve counseled individuals, couples, and families in many areas, including relationships, communication, money, domestic issues, career, work/life balance, sexual issues, stress management, health, education, parenting, life transitions, sandwich generation (caring for both kids and older parents or relatives) loss & grief, bereavement, trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, and achieving “a life worth living.”
I take an eclectic and individualized approach to therapy, incorporating different theoretical approaches to my practice, including Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment, Mindfulness, Erikson, Gottman, Hendrix, and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT).
